How does payment work?

We require a credit card on file to reserve all cleaning appointments. We require all payments “day of service” unless prior/special arrangements have been made. We accept payment by check or credit card. Any changes to your payment method must be agreed on and changed by the office staff.

Do you background check employees?

Yes, we run a criminal background check on every employee.

Will I get the same cleaners?

If having the same cleaner is something you prefer please let us know and we can at least guarantee one of the same cleaners each time. We try our hardest to send the same cleaners but occasionally it is not possible do to scheduling.

Can I leave while the house cleaners are at my home?

Yes feel free to leave while the cleaners are in your home. *We actually encourage you to either leave or stay in one room now do to Covid. That way you can socially distance from the cleaners for an extra layer of precaution. 

What cleaning products do you use?

We offer two options for cleaning supplies. We have our standard cleaning products and then we offer our Green Certified Earth Friendly Cleaning products.

What if I am not satisfied with the job?

We guarentee our work! If you are not happy with the service you ordered we will come back to fix it free of charge!
