Below is a list of our most popular cleaning services and a description of what is included in each service. We are happy to help you customize or modify a cleaning. These 3 services can either be BOOKED NOW online or if you aren’t quite ready you can request a personalized estimate by clicking the Get Estimate button.
Basic Cleaning
Our BASIC cleaning package provides a great general cleaning of your home or office.
- Dust vertical and horizontal surfaces such as furniture, windowsills, and light fixtures.
- Remove trash.
- Straighten all areas being cleaned.
- Change sheets.
- Vacuum all exposed uncarpeted and carpeted floors, and some upholstered furniture and blinds per cleaning.
- Clean glass and mirrors (large mirrors are spot cleaned).
- Clean all counters and spot clean faces of cabinets.
- Wipe exterior of large and small appliances.
- Clean/sanitize sinks, tubs, showers, toilets and straighten these areas.
- Mop all exposed uncarpeted floors.
- Remove all visible cobwebs.
- Clean the inside of the kitchen sink window.
All of the above are included if reachable standing on the floor.
Please leave trash liners, sheets, and an outdoor broom for the cleaning crew. See our Client Policy Agreement

We at Karen’s Kleaning take germ prevention seriously. We have masks available for our employees upon your request. We also have a specialized cleaner/sanitizer we can use on touch points throughout your home or office.

Basic Cleaning By Room
Deluxe Cleaning
The DELUXE package is a more thorough detailed cleaning. All the tasks in the Basic package, plus the following:
- Clean the interior of the fireplace.
- Tank vacuum all upholstered furniture and window coverings.
- Remove all cobwebs.
- Vacuum all baseboards and edges.
- Completely wet wipe all light switches, door jams and knobs, open shelving, ledges, plastic trash containers and painted woodwork including baseboards, cabinet faces, and windowsills.
- Hand scrub all tile, grout, and linoleum floors.
- Completely clean all large mirrors.
- Walls are spot cleaned only.
- Clean inside oven and refrigerator.
- Clean stove hood.
- Clean areas under the stove top and kitchen sink.
- Remove cobwebs outside the front door and wet wipe the exterior of the front door.
All of the above are included if reachable standing on a stool.

Full service window washing, inside and out. Including tracks and screens.
Outdoor Furniture and Patios
Wet wipe and clean all outside patio furntiture. Including BBQs, light fixtures, and railings.
Ironing
We offer ironing as well as laundry, just leave it out and we do the rest!
Wet Wipe Window Blinds
A thorough wipe down of all blinds.
Dish Washing
Let us take care of those never ending dishes for you! Either hand wash or we can load and unload your dishwasher.
Ceiling Fan Dusting
A thorough wet wipe of all ceiling fans! They can be quite the dust collectors!
Appliance Deep Clean
We can clean the inside of your fridge and freezer, by taking everything out and wiping down all shelves and drawers. Cleaning inside of your oven.
Inside cabinets and drawers
Wet wipe all cabinets and drawers. We can take everything out clean and neaty replace everything.
Wall and Ceiling Washing
We offer full wall washing from floor to ceiling.Or we can spot clean walls as needed.
Clean Garage
Cobwebs, dust, sweep or vacuum of the garage.
Organize
Need help organizing. We have certain cleaners who love to organize and tidy spaces!
